Friday the 11th was a beautiful day... I was off and I urged Andrea to take a stroll with me on her lunchbreak. We did, and we got two First-of Years!
At Robles' Den, our FOY Garter! This is probably the first sun this fella has seen in 2022.
Take a shower, kid!
Right near that, our FOY Redback was found! A long tailed beauty!
We checked a few other dens but saw no more basking snakes. Our only other find was one more Redback.
Well that does wonders for the soul! The weather is improving, blossoms are blooming and we'll have proper nature weather in no time!
